Please call 505-438-8884 to obtain an Application for Admission, or download the Application and submit it electronically, or print out the Application, fill it out and send it with payment to the following address:

Fall Semester: August 1
Spring Semester: December 1
Summer Semester: April 1

Advanced Placement Application - $100 before August 15 for January admission, before March 15 for Fall admission, before December 15 for May admission
Early Application - $125 August 15 to October 15 for January admission, March 15 to May 15 for Fall admission, December 15 to February 15 for May admission
Late Application - $150 after October 15 for January admission, after May 15 for Fall admission, after February 15 for May admission
Combined Application and Transcript Evaluation - $200 for all students transferring from another Acupuncture or Oriental Medical College.
Transcript Request - $12 for all students who need a transcript.
Expedited Transcript Request Processing - $45 for all students who need a transcript immediately.
