Denver, Colorado

Denver room rental and full office lease options available.I have three treatment rooms available in my office space. I am a chiropractor practicing out of one of the rooms in the back three days a week. I have a small family practice with a focus on prenatal/postpartum care. Day and monthly room rental options can be discussed with the option of taking over the full lease (including my back room). This office is in a perfect location at 29th and Xavier. Four blocks from Sloan’s lake with several restaurants, coffee shops, and new retail stores just a few blocks away. We get lots of driving and foot traffic. I love this space and have had an acupuncturist renting from me for the past year who is moving locations.

Please contact me via email if you are interested in the space and we can chat about options!
